I don’t know if you know, but I recently went on an EPIC three-week California road trip! This had been in the works for quite some time, and I was adamant that I would (as always) see EVERYTHING. 

Unfortunately, as with most people on epic trips right now, it was cut short by a few days due to the Corona Virus pandemic dominating lives at the moment. However, that doesn’t mean the trip was anything short of fantastic (even if I have to wait that little bit longer to see the Golden Gate Bridge). We spent nights under the stars in Joshua Tree National Park, hiked up 5000ft waterfalls in Yosemite, even got to see a pod of Orcas playing in the ocean at Big Sur. There were so many moments where I had to pinch myself as a reminder that I wasn’t actually dreaming. 

Sadly, so many others have had to cut trips and travelling plans short. But for now, it’s time to focus on staying safe, healthy and sane. California, and wherever else I had planned to go, will still be there for us all to experience further down the track.
